What if?
Imagine a world where everyone worked daily to improve themselves. Making ethical choices was a standard in life and not a choice. Integrity was something we strive for and looked to each other to embody.
What if everyone took a moment to consider their actions and words before hurting others or themselves?
Imagine a world where everyone looked beyond where people have been and look at who they are today?
What if each of us would touch one person for the Lord. Think about how many peoples' lives would be changed.
Imagine if everyone did at least one kind thing a day for a stranger, a person in need, or even a foe?
What if being friendly to everyone and not only those who like you was a way of life.
Imagine people doing the right thing in all areas of their life. Not because they have to, but because they want to.
What if judgement was left up to God?
Imagine going to work and not having to worry about being ridiculed, harassed or discriminated against because of your nationality, race, age, or religious beliefs.
What if the human race understood that all the creatures of the earth belong to God. Senseless torture and death of animals was not embraced but instead challenged.
Imagine having a life free of fear, worry, poverty, loneliness, pain, and anger.
What if everyone was Spiritually Complete? Casting away the old and inviting the new. Fearing nothing! Loving everyone! Giving! Peaceful! Living life to its fullest!
What if everyone trusted in God?

Developing Leadership Skills
Leaders are both born and made. See if you have what it takes to be a manager, and what you can do to improve the skills you already have.
10 Qualities of a Leader

Managers don't become leaders overnight. Even “born” leaders don’t start out possessing all these skills. To be a strong leader, you need to:
1. Have a vision- Leaders have a clear sense of where they want to go and how they intend to get there. They see the big picture, and then create a strategic plan for achieving their goals.
2. Make decisions.-Leaders aren’t afraid to make difficult or unpopular decisions because they have confidence in themselves and in their abilities. They know that indecision wastes resources and opportunities.
3. Take risks- Leaders have the courage to act in situations where results aren’t assured. They're willing to risk failure.
4. Motivate others- Leaders can articulate their vision and ideals to others, convincing them of the value of their ideas. They can inspire people to work toward common goals and to achieve things they never thought they could do.
5. Build teams- Leaders create productive teams that draw the best from people. They effectively coach teams in collaboration, consensus building, and conflict resolution.
6. Possess self-knowledge- Leaders know their own strengths and weaknesses and are able to view their behavior objectively. They recognize their shortcomings, open themselves to feedback, and are willing to make changes when necessary.
7. Display integrity- Leaders must be trustworthy before others will follow them.
Integrity is consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes. In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions.
8. Pursue lifelong learning- Leaders have a desire to continually learn and grow and are open to new ideas.
9. Communicate effectively- Leaders can convey their ideas to diverse individuals and adjust their styles to meet the needs of the people they lead.
10. Help others succeed- Leaders empower others and go out of their way to help them achieve their full potential, thereby benefiting the organization.
If Today was your LAST DAY
Video worth watching!
"If Today Was Your Last Day"
Nickelback
He said each day's a gift and not a given right
Leave no stone unturned, leave your fears behind
And try to take the path less traveled by
That first step you take is the longest stride
If today was your last day
And tomorrow was too late
Could you say goodbye to yesterday?
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past
Donate every dime you have?
If today was your last day
Against the grain should be a way of life
What's worth the prize is always worth the fight
Every second counts 'cause there's no second try
So live like you'll never live it twice
Don't take the free ride in your own life
If today was your last day
And tomorrow was too late
Could you say goodbye to yesterday?
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past
Donate every dime you have?
Would you call old friends you never see?
Reminisce old memories
Would you forgive your enemies?
Would you find that one you're dreamin' of?
Swear up and down to God above
That you finally fall in love
If today was your last day
If today was your last day
Would you make your mark by mending a broken heart?
You know it's never too late to shoot for the stars
Regardless of who you are
So do whatever it takes
'Cause you can't rewind a moment in this life
Let nothin' stand in your way
Cause the hands of time are never on your side
If today was your last day
And tomorrow was too late
Could you say goodbye to yesterday?
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past
Donate every dime you have?
Would you call old friends you never see?
Reminisce old memories
Would you forgive your enemies?
Would you find that one you're dreamin' of?
Swear up and down to God above
That you finally fall in love
If today was your last day
